Intentional Exercise!
Some careers are more active than others. Our bodies learn to adjust to this daily movement. We want you to push past what you do on a daily basis, and log some INTENTIONAL EXERCISE TIME!
The goal for August is to log at least 30 minutes of intentional exercise at least 25 times throughout the month.
