June Eat Right Challenge
What’s In Your Drink?
Your daily beverages choices can impact your health in many ways. Water is the best choice, as our body is over 50% water.
Other choices can impact our health both positively or negatively, depending on how often and/or how much we consume. Below are links that will help you determine a safe level of the main beverages we consume on a daily/weekly basis.
For the June Challenge we are asking you to monitor
the number of beverages you consume for one week that contain sugar, alcohol, caffeine and/or water.
Please click the link https://forms.gle/s4aktV3dHrB22vuP6 and complete the form (printed or electronically)
and return to Mandi Artino by July 12, 2019, to receive credit for this activity.
